I will be supporting the Economic Development team at Vital Voices manage their budget, plan for coming years, and create a strategic vision for the Economic Development department for the near future.
For Vital Voices Global Partnership, I created a comprehensive business growth Fellowship curriculum, now in its third year of being implemented. I led group strategic planning sessions, brought together more than half a dozen expert consultants to draft specific pieces of the curriculum, undertook needs assessments and multiple review processes, led detailed feedback sessions in multiple countries, and produced a comprehensive curriculum for women business owners to grow their business. Short term measurements have shown significant growth in revenue, connections, and sales due in large part to the women's participation in the year-long Fellowship.
